News just in that rising comedian Josh Widdicombe has had to cancel his Liverpool shows tonight because of illness.
The Stand Up for the Week star was due to play not one but two gigs at the Unity (the first having long ago sold out) this evening as part of Liverpool Comedy Festival and Is, apparently, devastated that he's not well enough to take to the stage.
I was looking forward to reviewing him, so hopefully he can reschedule a Liverpool date in the near future
