world domination still a step away for comedian John Bishop
It seems you can't move without stumbling across John Bishop at the moment.
The Liverpool comedian's rapid rise to funnyman fame, fuelled by numerous telly appearances - including a very credible performance on Jonathan Ross last month, seems to know no bounds.
However, it seems there may be a few out there who still aren't aware that while Elvis has left the building, John is most certainly in there.
Take the Sunday Times for example.
Imagine the spluttering that went on on this arts editor's sofa yesterday morning when I came across a picture of 'the Bish' in Jessica Brinton's "People Like Them" section.
It was taken at the Brits alongside Gavin and Stacey's James Corden and - slightly bizarrely - Freddy Flintoff.
And the caption of these three blokes on an awards ceremony night out?
"James Corden, Andrew Flintoff and friend."
Obviously the lovely Jessica didn't notice Mr B's face grinning from the full page ad on the back of the culture supplement in the, err, Sunday Times, about a week earlier.........
