debbie reynolds tells me how daughter carrie fisher wants to move to the UK

My Debbie Reynolds interview is set to be published in the Echo tomorrow ahead of her tour which is coming to the Liverpool Phil next month.
If her show is anything like the telephone chat I had with the Hollywood star then it should be a hoot.
As she says herself, nothing is off limits and everything is up for a bit of fun to be poked at it.

One thing I found, and I wasn't able to include everything she told me in the confines of one article, is how proud she is of daughter Carrie (Fisher of course).
They live within stone throwing distance of each other in LA, but all that could change at some point because apparently Carrie is a complete Anglophile and wants to move here.
Mum Debbie told me: "She loves England, it's her favourite country where she plans to live. She really wants to buy a home and live outside of London.
"She loves London and has many, many friends there because she was at school *(drama school) there. And she just has a lot of friends and is very much into literary and books and loves the English people."
Debbie herself has visited the UK many, many times but her trip to Liverpool on April 8 with her Alive and Fabulous tour will be her first ever to our city.
