at last my print has come

At last! My hot hoofing antics at the Viennese ball class have made the paper and the website.
Check out why I write rather than appear on TV!
Check out the nifty footwork too though - I'm really quite pleased with how some of it looks after only a couple of hours of lessons.

I haven't had a lot of time to practise since as I spent much of the weekend and this week in Istanbul - European Capital of Culture 2010 (as the signs proclaimed at Ataturk Airport).
And no, I'm afraid I wasn't there to scout out the city's Capital of Culture plans. I seem to have spent an inordinate amount of time discovering old Constantinople was "capital of baklava".
You can't keep a good cake-a-holic down.
Now I'm just worried I won't get into my Viennese ball dress.

Hi, I've been reading your comments about the viennese balls and I've also been to the workshops while there have been pics and vids taken and was wondering when and where I'll be able to see any of them?
